Your perfect domain starts here

Search, register, and manage domain names. Simple pricing, no surprises.

A domain is your website’s address. The price is for the name. Hosting for a website and email is separate — you can add it at checkout.

Transparent Pricing

The price you see is the price you pay. Registration and renewal are the same — no first-year tricks.

Registry Privacy

.uk, .co.uk, .org.uk and .eu keep an individual's personal details out of the public WHOIS record automatically, at no charge — the registries do it by default. On other extensions the registrant details form part of the public record.

Easy DNS Management

Full DNS control from your account. Point your domain anywhere, manage records, or just set our nameservers and go.

Transfer Lock

Domains are locked by default to prevent unauthorised transfers. Unlock anytime you need.

Domain pricing, all of it

Four things can ever be charged on a domain. Here are all four, for every extension we sell. Our prices stay the same year after year — we don't advertise a cheap first year and quietly put it up at renewal.

Extension Register Transfer to us Renew Redemption

Register and renew are the same price, and stay the same price. Other hosts lean on a cheap first year and put the renewal up every year after, the way broadband and mobile contracts do. We don't. The only thing that moves our prices is the registry moving theirs, which moves them for everybody.

* Moving a .uk to us is free and your renewal date doesn't change — Nominet charge nothing for it, so neither do we. The one exception is the last 90 days before it expires, when the registry insists on a two-year renewal to let the move through.

A transfer on other extensions isn't really a fee. The registry adds a full year to the registration when it completes, so the price is a renewal you're paying early — you don't lose the time you'd already bought.

Redemption is the registrar's and registry's charge, not ours. If a domain lapses past its grace period, restoring it costs the fee above plus a year's renewal — it is a manual recovery, not a late payment. We add 10% to cover the card fee and doing it by hand, and that is all we take. It is a brutal amount of money and we're sorry it's as steep as it is; it isn't a number we chose or one we benefit from. Renewing on time avoids every penny of it, and we'll email you well before then — more than once.

When does redemption start?

Not always straight away, and not always after 30 days — every registry does it differently. Here is exactly how long you would have on each extension, and at what point the expensive part begins. .eu and .pl are the ones to watch: they have no grace period at all.
