3. Essential Cookies (Always On)

These keep you logged in to the customer portal, maintain your session securely, and remember your cookie choice for one year so we don't ask you again. They cannot be switched off because the service will not work without them.

4. Analytics

We use two tools. Matomo is self-hosted on our own UK infrastructure, configured to run without cookies, and anonymises your IP address before storage — your data never leaves our servers or goes to any third party. You can opt out of Matomo on the Privacy Policy page. Google Analytics 4 is optional and only runs if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. It sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) to recognise returning visits, and Google may transfer this data outside the UK under UK-recognised safeguards.

5. Your Choices

When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Reject optional cookies. Rejecting stops Google Analytics and clears its cookies from this site. You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings.
