1. Who We Are

2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only set with your consent.
3. Essential Cookies (Always On)
These keep you logged in to the customer portal, maintain your session securely, and remember your cookie choice for one year so we don't ask you again. They cannot be switched off because the service will not work without them.
One further first-party cookie, gh_src, remembers for 30 days how you arrived — the search engine, AI assistant or website that linked here and the first page you landed on — so that if you send us an enquiry or place an order we know how you found us. It holds no personal data, is never read by scripts in the page, is not shared with any analytics service, and you can delete it in your browser at any time.
4. Analytics
We use two optional tools. Matomo is self-hosted on our own UK infrastructure, remains cookieless, and only runs after you choose Accept. It records anonymous page and portal-section visits, engagement time, scroll milestones, important section views, generic navigation or form actions, and which fixed hosting size was previewed or chosen. It never receives form contents, account identifiers, customer or searched domain names, invoice references, URL query strings, or payment details. Google Analytics 4 also only runs after Accept. It sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) to recognise returning visits, and Google may transfer this data outside the UK under UK-recognised safeguards.
5. Language Translation (Optional)
Our public pages offer an optional language switcher in the bottom-left corner, powered by Google Translate. No page content is sent to Google unless you actually choose a language — on an ordinary visit no Google Translate code is loaded and no translation request is made. (Our pages do load web fonts from Google's font servers on any visit; that request carries no cookie of ours and no page content, and it is not translation or analytics.) If you do pick a language, your browser stores a googtrans cookie recording that choice, and the page content is sent to Google to be translated. Choosing English clears the cookie and stops it. Google is a separate company and handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Translations are produced automatically by machine and are provided for convenience only. English is the original and is the version that applies — please read our prices, hosting terms and Terms of Service in English before you buy.
6. Your Choices
When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Reject optional analytics. Rejecting sends no Matomo or Google Analytics requests and clears any historic analytics cookies from this site. You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" or "Analytics settings" in the footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings.
