Questions from artists and photographers
How many images can I upload?
As many as fit in your storage. The entry plan has 15 GB for website and email together, and you can move up a size at any time. Export web-sized versions for the portfolio and keep your full-resolution originals backed up elsewhere as well; hosting is not an archive.
I already have a WordPress site. Can I move it?
Yes, and moving it is included. Send us a backup of the site and its database through the secure upload in your account and we restore it onto your hosting. Tell us where your domain and email are now so nothing is interrupted when the domain points here.
Can my email stay with Google or Microsoft?
Yes. Your website can live here while email stays with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. You choose that in your account and we keep your mail settings in place. If you would rather not pay for a separate email service, mailboxes at your domain are included.
Can I sell prints or originals from my site?
You can link to the marketplace or print service you already use. To sell from your own site, install a free shop app such as WooCommerce on your hosting; we charge nothing extra to run it. A payment or print service you choose has its own fees.
Will you update the site for me?
The hosting is the server your site sits on; the site itself is yours to update, and the Builder and WordPress are made for doing that yourself. If you want us to make a change, tell us what you need and we will give you a price before any work starts.
