Invoice Reference Numbers
Every invoice has a unique reference like INV-4A28. Use this when contacting support or making bank payments.
Common Invoice Types
- Web Hosting — Annual renewal for your hosting plan (e.g. "25 GB — yourdomain.com")
- Domain Registration — Annual domain registration fee (e.g. ".co.uk — yourdomain.co.uk")
- Upgrade — Prorated charge when you upgrade your hosting plan mid-cycle
How to Pay
Pay by Card: Click Pay Now on your Billing page. You will be taken to Stripe's secure checkout.
Pay by Bank Transfer: Use the bank details sent to your email. Always include your account reference (e.g. GH-B5B0) as the payment reference so we can match your payment.
Automatic Payments: Once you pay by card, future invoices can be charged automatically. See How to Set Up Automatic Billing.
Account Credit
You can add credit to your account from the Billing page. Credit is applied automatically to new invoices as they're generated.
